... AND SOME BETTER DAYS

Hi again.

Just want to finish off what I left out for Miracles Home. So, when I reached there I took off my white shoes because we were going to work in the mud. As usual, "Adik, hati-hati, ya?".

Ummm... yes... okay

Really nice and concern people. So, we work... and played a bit. Work again some more... and played even more until noone was working anymore and were on the field either kicking a ball or throwing a frisbee... Really funny.

We called it the day around 6 p.m. and went for dinner. Nini drove me home.

The next day, Nini came and pick me up... and we were the first to arrive at the home. We were like, "Hey, mana budak yang bawak breakfast nasi lemak. Kata sampai, pukul 8???

After half an hour, Mae came with the nasi lemak and some rations for the day.

It was a beautiful day. More people came and managed to put up the fence, clear some rubbish, played some more.

I suck in football, but I scopped a couple of times. Well, the ball left the ground a bit, so it was a big success for me, a kaki bangku.

In between putting up the fence, it rained. So- in between, we ate pizza, played in the mud like little children... it was a good day.

Huuuuuh (long sigh of content)...

Wished more days like these would come rolling by soon...

YESTERDAY I WAS SICK...

Have not been feeling too well these past few days. It started off with an ulser or two and then dehydration from walking too much in the sun. Then down with a fever...

Life has been treating me okay. The few days that I was sick, I felt out of place... a ringing sensation over my right ear and just so sensitive to the sunlight and the spaces around me.

Like it was my first time around on Earth... Kinda cool, actually

I did not want to go to college today, but I don't want to spend another day in bed... so I packed my bag and headed for class.

Well, did not turn out half as bad as I had imagined.

THE YELLOW FENCE

Well, so after the talk I cleaned up my tray and what-nots. I had a great time cooking and serving. The best part of all is clearing up. It's the part where I guess people don't really like. But I love it. Gives you that feeling of completeness, that everything is back in order.

I gave some food to the cats and the leftover salad to the trees. The ants would have gone through it by now. Then packes my bags and trays and off I went...

Actually homebound, but after sleeping off past my station, not once but twice. I decided to go to Miracles Home where our Raleighers are busy hacking trees and digging grounds for the fence.

I carried my 'ka-chang' along with me. Can't leave them in RMC, can I? Up and down and in and out I went of the LRT station. Pretty spastic, actually... So, I reached Ampang Park after many train rides at around 2 in the afternoon.

Then I called Nini, to ask for direction. She said, "Follow the yellow fence. We are at the end of it." I looked up and down for the fence but I could not find until I stepped out onto the road and say a 'vertical-yellow-brick-road'.

I found my 'road-to-Oz'. I skipped along the roadside and saw my friends -busy hacking trees and digging grounds...

LEFT HAND OR RIGHT?

Last weekend, the Saturday I catered for a talk organised by RIKL XV (eX-Venturer) - Juna. I would like to thank her personally for the opportunity to do my fundraising.

Noone got food poisoning... not that I know of yet.

Anyway, they commented that the food was good... and as usual, being me; it can be better.

The talk was on personalities and their traits. According Isabel Myers, there are 16 types of personality pattern and each one has a 4-letter type code. We, as individual has all these 16 personality patterns in us.

Just like using our left hand or right... we prefer to use one personality more dominantly that the 15 rest. So, after answering a questionairre I found my type.

Type code : INFP - Introvert, iNtuitive, Feeler and Perseiver
Temperament: Idealist
How I Interact: Behind-the-Scenes
Cognitive Processes: Fi - Ne - Si - Te --- Fe - Ni - Se - Ti

I see myself as a HARMONIZER but most people don't see that. They see me as a CLARIFIER which I don't see myself as. So, who am I?

Basically, I am someone who goes with the flow, knowing when to say what and like exploring moral questions. A philosopher. An excellent listener, which I think it's quite true, at times.

Very reflective and relate through stories and metaphors but poor in structured living which I think it's quite true...

It's interesting to know how you are and how people take you as. I am being reflective again... But, in order to know more about yourself, Daniel (the talk guy) said that everyone should explore the other 15 personality pattern.

Well, I say why not?

So, care to find out about yourself?

RAINY DAYS AND MONDAYS...

It's one of those days... You know when the day comes... a feeling of aching movement. Sluginess... ughhhhhh can't live through today. Man, how did I come here?
